Impeachment of Joseph R. Biden Jr.
The number one priority of our national government is the security of the Nation and its citizenry. Security is divided into three categories: 1 - National security, 2 - Security against crime, and 3 - Financial security. President Joseph R. Biden Jr. as the head of the national government along with the help of his appointees, has failed to provide for the security of Americans in all three categories.
National Security
Derelict in his duty, President Biden knowingly ordered the withdraw from Afghanistan causing the death of thirteen brave American servicemen, leaving behind thousands of American civilians and Afghan allies, and surrendering to our adversaries billions of dollars’ worth of taxpayer-financed weapons and military equipment. With these actions President Biden has endangered the lives of many Americans and has weakened the security of the United States. Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason.
President Biden should be charged with treason.
Border Security. Through his aggressive policies and distain for the American people over foreign nationals, President Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas (who also needs to be impeached for his inactions) have allowed our southern border to become completely open to and overrun by invaders. Yes they are invaders because they come in mass and come illegally. The definition of invaders is a group in large numbers that enter causing disruption or annoyance through being unwelcome or uninvited to occupy. They do not request entrance from the proper authorities and have determinedly entered our country without permission. In addition, they have brought further crimes and illicit drugs with them.
President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have blatantly and consistently defied federal immigration laws and allowed more than 4.7 million illegals to come into the United States unimpeded which is in direct violation of their obligation under Article 2 of the Constitution to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.”
Energy Security. Beginning with his first day in office, President Biden has waged war against domestic producers of energy. He ended the Keystone XL Pipeline, halted leasing on federal lands for oil and gas production, and levied heavy restrictions on domestic oil producers, making it harder to produce oil in America and making it harder for America to remain energy independent. This abrupt switch caused widespread uncertainty and disruption in the domestic oil market, limiting the ability to produce oil in the U.S. and forcing dependence on foreign nations to power our country.
President Biden while vilifying domestic producers of energy, has allowed a controversial Russian natural-gas pipeline, known as Nord Stream 2, to be completed, which is arguably a boon to Moscow and the Russian President Putin.
Biden and his deputies have long been at odds with members of Congress on the pipeline, known as Nord Stream 2, with lawmakers overwhelmingly approving a slate of mandatory sanctions aimed at crippling the pipeline over geopolitical and environmental concerns. The president has waived many of those sanctions.
In addition to the pipeline, President Biden has allowed the sale to other countries of our Strategic Petroleum Reserves designated for our national emergencies. Nearly 1 million barrels of oil from the most recent sale, which was announced on June 14, went to Unipec America, Inc. Unipec is a Houston-based subsidiary of Sinopec, an oil company owned by the Chinese government. Equinor Marketing & Trading, which received 3.65 million barrels of oil in the most recent sale, is a Norwegian company, Daigle said. The company could ship the oil to Norway, though they may decide to keep it in the U.S., he added.
Now President Biden is begging authoritarian regimes like Venezuela and Iran to put more of their oil reserves on the open market instead of opening domestic markets — and telling American families that there’s nothing that can be done about high prices at the pump.
President Biden has thus consorted with our adversaries and should be charged as such.
Security Against Crime
President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have by their lack of border protection aided and abetted the drug cartels in their operations of drug and human trafficking. They have allowed enough fentanyl to enter this country to kill every man, woman, and child. Over 200,000 Americans die each year due to fentanyl overdose. This is the number one cause of death for Americans between the ages of 18 and 45.
At the same time, due to the ‘Defund the Police’ movement, soft-on-crime policies, and failed bail reforms, our streets are in chaos and our law enforcement officers are under attack by violent criminals. In addition, President Biden is going after the law-abiding citizen’s guns. So, who is left to protect us? This is exactly what he wants so he can exert more control and power over you.
The Biden Administration showed its true colors when it promoted an organization that labeled parents concerned with their child’s education as “domestic terrorists.” That anti-parental rights campaign has only grown, with parents now having to battle for input into not just their child’s medical care, but their own medical care. And if you dare voice your concerns on social media, prepare to be kicked off.
The government does not know what is best for our children; parents do. House Republicans are committed to restoring parents’ voices in their child’s education, advancing free speech, fighting political bias in big tech companies, and ensuring better, healthier, and longer lives for all American citizens.
President Biden should be charged with seditious conspiracy, which is the act of preventing, hindering or delay the execution of any law of the United States.
Financial Security
With the current annual inflation rate for the United States at 7.7% all Americans are feeling the pain of the dollar not going as far as it once did. Costs for nearly every item needed have gone up. Some of the latest numbers include food costs increasing 12.4%, medical care increased by 5.4%, and overall energy costs increasing 17.6%. Within the energy increases, fuel oil has increased a massive 68.5%. The impacts of the American Rescue Plan have added as much as 4 points to our inflation crisis.
President Biden is stealing from Middle America. He took from plumbers, truckers, contractors, waitresses, and everyone without a college degree to pay down the loans of those who do.
College is too expensive, and President Biden finds it easy to access government funds. Now they expect low income earners to subsidize higher income earners that can’t manage their own resources.
President Biden will spend $300 billion on this program but students will still have debt, America will still have sky-high inflation, and colleges and universities will still be charging too much for tuition. In other words, the cycle continues, only now it’s worse. Before this, 87% of Americans did not have student loan debt. Now, we all do. President Biden is making everyone who worked multiple jobs, studied or practiced hard for a scholarship, or joined the military to pay for school look like a fool.
American paychecks are worth 13.9% less today than they were a year ago. Taxes on the same earners President Biden promised to protect – those making less than $400,000 a year – have gone up.
Financial fraud happens when someone deprives you of your money, capital, or otherwise harms your financial health through deceptive, misleading, or other illegal practices. President Biden should be charged with such a crime.
Conclusion
America is at a crossroads. We cannot continue down the path that led to forty-year high inflation, record-breaking crime rates, supply chain crunches that left Americans without needed goods, and a massive rollback of parental rights.
After the economic havoc the Biden Administration has wrecked on taxpayers’ wallets, the fentanyl that has infested our streets, and the lives lost to unregulated violence, the American people are tired of waiting.
Biden is intentionally destroying the American way of life in an attempt to force a radical shift in policies that will overturn nearly every aspect of our lives.
President Joseph R. Biden Jr. has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to national security and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office and has acted in a manner that is grossly incompetent and that he has utter disdain for the rule of law. For the above reasons, President Joseph R. Biden must be impeached.
